Effective immediately, we do not have OMD backing on providing ALS care at Tactical Paintball (or anywhere for that matter). Because we had not recieved FRO status prior to the change in the medical diraction of the Travis Co OMD we are not covered by a doctor. We were providing care under the umbrella of Dr. Racht while waiting official FRO status, but since he's gone our gentlemens agreement with him is gone as well. I will try to meet with one of the Travis Co. associate medical directors before Stalingrad to see what I can set up, but for now consider yourselves warned. IF WE TOUCH A PATIENT WE WILL BE OPERATING WITHOUT MEDICAL DIRECTION AND WITHOUT PROTECTION IN THE EVENT OF A MALPRACTICE OR NEGLIGENCE COMPLAINT.

Okay guys and gals, I talked with Dr. Ackrell last night and as far asw he is concerned we are back on with MAST Medical Response. I'm still persuing official FRO status, but for now we are covered again.
